10 best beaches of Aruba

Most beautiful beaches in Aruba

You can’t go wrong in Aruba. Around any corner there is a beautiful beach with super white sand.  So, it was very hard to choose the best beach of Aruba. For this reason I give you a list of the very best in Aruba. These are the 10 best beaches in Aruba and the reason why you should pay a visit to them.

Baby beach

Our number one on the list, the creme de la creme for us was Baby Beach. We were amazed by this beach. For us two it was simply the best. It is quite a wide beach. It is possible to rent a beach bed and you can also have something to drink or eat over there. It depends where you are staying on the island, but the chances are high that you are going to need a car for this one. This one absolutely deserves to be number one on the 10 best beaches of Aruba list.

Boca Catalina

This was our private beach. Okay, not for real but it felt like it. Once you park the car, walk up to the left or right of the beach (depending where you park). Then you will find yourself in a kind of bay, isolated from the rest of the beach. Also, very good for snorkeling.

Divi beach

A beach where you can bike to, if you stay at Palm beach. Yes, a bit warm, but still a very cool thing to do. And this way, it is easy to reach more beaches in one day. This beach was very cool and close by the Divi Hotel, therefore also a place to have a drink.

Arashi beach

Planning a visit to the California Lighthouse? Then you must stop at Arashi beach. Go there for lunch, because there is a very cool vibe on this beach. Also a big plus, you can see the California Lighthouse and it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Eagle beach

Yes, it might be very touristic, but we thought it was still worth it. In our case, it was quite calm. The water is beautiful and with a perfect temperature. There are some food trucks to grab yourself a bite.

Tres Tripi

Not really the beach you would expect. So, in case you do not like to snorkel, skip this one. The water is very clear and therefore you can see a lot of fishes. And keep in mind that this beach might be a bit smaller than one would expect.

Mangel Halto

Same as the one above, exempt that there is more space to lay down. However, Mangel Halto is a beach where you go to do some good snorkeling. When we were there it was not that crowded and there were many locals, something we really could appreciate.

Boca Grandi

The water over here is, as I would call it, very rough. Not your typical relaxing Caribbean beach. But the reason we loved it that much, because we could watch the kid surfers. It was absolutely spectacular.

Rodgers beach

The opinions are divided on this one. Because this beach is very close to Baby Beach, but with a unique view. Because from this beach you can still see the old refinery. Maybe not something you would considers as nice, but very unique. Probably for this reason this beach is not crowded at all. However, we consider it one of the best beaches in Aruba.

Dos Playa

The last on this list, Dos Playa. I loved this beach only for the magnitude and the location. This beach can be found in the National Park Arikok. However, swimming is prohibited. Such a shame, but quite understandable once you see how rough the sea gets. Still, if you are in the park, do not miss this one. It is peaceful and changes are, you might have the beach for yourself to dip your toes in the sea.

So far, the best beaches of Aruba, according to us. But do not worry too much, because in Aruba you cannot go wrong with the beaches. Curious if you need to break the bank to travel to Aruba?
